Our experience allows us to function with minimal direction while offering maximum insight.

Here’s how.

THE TBG PROCESS

Initial Discussion

Strategic Event Design

Site Selection

Pre-Event Planning

Onsite Management

Post-Event Follow up

Step 1

We start with an Initial Discussion.
We break down your goals, budget parameters and most importantly, what type of results you’re looking to accomplish. It’s where our Event Forensics come in to play. Sounds simple, right?
Sounds like us activating a lot of experience. Because with this information, we can break down a full on plan of action.

Step 2

This is where we go into a deep dive and figure out how to deliver the best Attendee Experience (AX) possible. How can we make sure that each and every attendee gets your intended message? And more importantly, how can we encourage the attendees to continue the conversation long after the event wraps?
It’s all about Strategic Event Design.
We talk agenda, content planning, venue, creative concepts, technology … the list goes on and on. Every event is an opportunity to grow your business. We offer the following ideas and solutions that maximize your two most valuable resources: time and money.
  • Audio-visual production
  • Food and beverage
  • Travel
  • Décor
  • Entertainment
  • Teambuilding
  • Target venues
We want to build events that reflect our clients objectives, intentions and culture while attracting the kinds of interactions they are seeking. We ask a lot of the “right” questions, but we listen even more.

Step 3

What’s the perfect space for your time, budget and event needs?
Site Selection can be a make or break component when thinking about cutting costs or building relationships to finding efficiencies for a first-time event. A little extra time now can lead to a whole lot of financial savings (and headaches) later.
TBG will …
  • Establish a comprehensive list of venue-related specifications
  • Develop a detailed RFP with timeline for submission, review and decision making
  • Evaluate proposals and rank based on key criteria
  • Request contracts and determine event revenue value to venue to negotiate a win-win deal.
Having worked in a hotel environment, we understand their operations and more importantly how their revenue requirements can impact events.

Step 4

Now that we have our space, all other pieces need to fall into place. We call this the Pre-Event Planning aka “The Fun Part”.
It’s where our attention to detail starts to shape
the big event picture.
  • Event marketing
  • Hotel coordinatio (contract/room block management, space planning,
  • Registration management
  • Speaker management (Keynotes)
  • Sponsor/exhibitor/trade show coordination
  • Continuing education requirements
  • Mobile app development
  • Branding and signage design and production
  • Off-site events/tours
  • Onsite materials
  • Vendor management
  • Security planning
  • Timeline and project management
This is where we can take a cookie cutter event and create something magical.

Step 5

We will be the first ones in and the last ones out when it comes to Onsite Management. Once you arrive, the only thing you’ll have to focus on is hosting a successful event.

Long time, trusted vendors and partners play an important role in onsite success and the extensive TBG online toolkit leaves nothing to chance. Every aspect of the program is accounted for in one location to ensure you and your team is armed with full access and knowledge of every detail of the event.

  • Run-of-show execution
  • Staffing
  • Presentation design
  • Speaker management

We are so integrated with your group, attendees will never be aware that we are not full-time employees.

“When an event is looming you’ve got to go, go, go – amidst the stress, the chaos and the anticipation … the magic happens.”

Step 6

You did it. The event was a huge success. There is still water cooler talk about when Jim from Sales stole the show during that whole team building exercise.
Let’s not stop there. Now we want to do some Post-Event Follow Up. We want the AX to extend far past a single day. And more importantly, we want to know how we can improve in the future! We will handle …
  • Budget/invoice reconciliation
  • ROI reporting
  • Post-event communications
  • Surveys
  • Materials distribution
  • Thank you’s
